TEKO LAUNCHES XCELR8 IN INDONESIA AHEAD OF PLANS

Jakarta, 09 November, 2020: Teko Tinting and Engineering, the Asia-based member of the Inkmaker Group, has today launched its XCELR8—comprehensive state-of-the-art POS smart-tinting solution with enhanced remote support features—in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The XCELR8, which premiered just three months ago in Malaysia, was originally planned for the Indonesian market only in Q1 of 2021, but due to increased market demand, plans were brought froward.

“We expected to receive a good response from the XCELR8, as it incorporates many R.O.I features that clients have been requesting and being powered by our partner, FFM and their top-selling X-Series, it combines the latest in Industry 4.0 technology. Since our launch in Kuala Lumpur in mid-August, other than selling well in Malaysia, we started receiving many requests from neighbouring Indonesia, which necessitated us to review our initial planned launch date,” said Luca Pignatti, Area Sales Manager, Teko Tinting and Engineering.

Teko, renowned for its all-round POS-tinting solutions, has maintained a strong market presence in South East Asia since 2013. Suppling leading ink, coating and chemical manufacturers with the latest equipment—in dispensers, mixers, software and accessories—its technology fully integrates and configures all tools to work in unison. “It was a natural progression to evolve this concept to the next level, by providing a total-solution, that could accelerate our clients’ business growth. It is from this rationale of “acceleration” that the XCELR8 was born,” continued Luca “our all-inclusive tinting solutions, consisting of; any FFM X-Series or HA-Series dispenser, Teko-designed AVR, tested computer and Teko-software suite, allows any paint manufacturer to accelerate the expansion of their tinting network by knowing the TCO (total cost of ownership) in advance to obtain optimum performance.”

The extensive solution boasts several new features amongst them a sturdy, user-friendly design and industry-4.0-compliant software suite running FFM Prisma Pro 2 and Teko Service App (part of the Teko R8-Kit). The FFM equipment is designed for self-diagnostic, due to an extended array of on-board sensors and a customisable software suite, that communicates directly with the Teko Support Team through the Internet. The solution can also be configured to customisable specifications and includes three-years warranty, installation, two on-site inspections and operator training.

“The XCELR8 is the top of its league in POS tinting solutions—its features such as giving paint manufacturers the ability to efficiently allocate the exact budget they need to expand their tinting network—has resulted in making it a market favourite. We are confident that, with its remote support features, the Indonesian market will welcome a total-solutions concept like this, especially during these times of distance working and limited travel,” said Roberto Guerra, CEO Asia, Inkmaker Group.

Christophe Rizzo, Inkmaker Group’s CEO For EMEA & Americas Interviewed By Paint&Pintura

Sao Paulo, 26 October, 2020: Renowned editor Lucélia Monfardini of Paint&Pintura—Latin America’s foremost publication of paints, inks, varnishes and coatings—publishes an exclusive interview with Inkmaker Group’s CEO for EMEA and Americas, Christophe Rizzo.

The interview, aimed at Latin America’s Portuguese-speaking market, centred around Inkmaker Group’s recent acquisition of SWESA Dosiersysteme GmbH, a company specialising in customised automated dosing-systems for the food packaging, office furniture, tissues and heavy-duty corrugated packaging industries.

As well as increasing Inkmaker Group’s presence in Germany, the acquisition of Swesa Dosiersysteme GmbH has facilitated the Group to produce locally. The German market is highly strategic for the Inkmaker Group and many of its customers’ headquarters are located there.

Additionally the Swesa brand allows Inkmaker Group to deepen its specialisation into “special applications”; customised automated dosing-systems for the food industries, cosmetics and special chemicals.

“It is still early days to quantify the growth that this acquisition has brought to the Inkmaker Group, but all the signs point to a positive upsurge in the German market-share for the Group.” said Christophe.

Swesa is Inkmaker Group’s fourth acquisition since October last year. Due to the acquisitions, Inkmaker Group has grown by 25% globally. Taking into account the current challenges the pandemic has caused; this is on track with the group’s vision.

Inkmaker has been a trusted brand in the Brazilian market, for over two decades. Today Inkmaker is a prominent and loved brand throughout Latin America as witnessed at Paint&Pintura’s 24th “Oscars” of the Brazilian paint sector award ceremony, where they were honoured to have been voted Brazil’s “Industrial Tinting System” for the 7th consecutive year, as voted by the people of Brazil.

“Our investments have paid off, today the Brazilian market …is steadily growing (for the Inkmaker Group),” concluded Rizzo.

Paint & Pintura Magazine publishes Inkmaker’s win in October 2020 issue

Sao Paulo, 26 October, 2020: Leading publication of the Latin American paint market, Paint & Pintura, has published the winners of the acclaimed Paint&Pintura’s “Industria de Tintas do Brasil”award ceremony.

Amongst them was Inkmaker who won best “Industrial Tinting System for the 7th consecutive year, as voted by the people of Brazil, at the 24th– “Oscars” of the Brazilian paint sector- award ceremony.

REXSON COMPLETES CHALLENGING INSTALLATION AT PERSPEX® INTERNATIONAL HQ

Darwen, 20 October, 2020: Rexson Systems, member of global technology group, Inkmaker, recently completed an Inkmaker GT36 colorant dispenser installation at Perspex® International headquarters in Darwen, Lancashire.

The installation was a replacement and upgrade of the company’s existing Rexson dispenser, which had provided a reliable service for over 25 years. The new unit uses state-of-the-art technology to provide high precision colorant blending across a wide range of batch sizes, with communication from the Perspex business system for efficient order processing on the production floor.

“The challenge for our team was that the machine had to be successfully installed in a small time-frame during the factory’s shut down period. Additionally, the installation area was to be in a confined space, only accessible by a small elevator, on the 3rd floor. However, the combination of both Inkmaker UK and Inkmaker Italy’s team experience and planning ensured the installation sailed through smoothly,” explained Martin Black, Area Sales Manager for Rexson Systems, Inkmaker Group, responsible for securing the project.

Established in 1934, Perspex® is a household name in UK and one of the world’s leading producers of acrylic sheet products. Its world-class research, development and manufacturing facilities based in the UK, partnered with a reliable distribution network enables Perspex® to deliver a constant stream of inspiring solutions and innovative advancements in made-to-order colours, textures and effects, quickly and securely.

“The new installation is being used to dispense a colorant palette that is fed into the manufacturing process of the acrylic sheets, so it is an integral and fundamental part of our factory. When time necessitated an upgrade of our previous  colour dispenser, we looked at several top suppliers, but Rexson/Inkmaker impressed us the most; the speed of production, formula-dosing accuracy, in-depth work-order traceability of their GT36 solution were all winning factors,” explained Dale Langham, Project Engineering Manager for Perspex® International “we are very impressed with the results. All is functioning perfectly, most importantly we are making colour and increasing output.”

First used in the production of aircraft canopies, through constant innovation, the company has since created an immense range of products that can be applied to many different aspects of design. In December 2018, Perspex International Ltd. became a member of 3A Composites, an independent division of Schweiter Technologies AG, headquartered in Steinhausen, Switzerland.

Inkmaker acquires Swesa Dosiersysteme GmbH

Turin, 7 Sept, 2020. Inkmaker srl announces the acquisition of German company SWESA, specialised in customised dosing-systems, in the run up to Q3 2020. The recent purchase sees the revered, SWESA Dosiersysteme GmbH, join the Italian-based global technology leader, in yet another milestone in achieving Inkmaker Group’s global objective of offering total process-engineering to its client. The acquisition is Inkmaker’s third since 2019; Inkmaker srl made global headlines last year in October, after acquiring the businesses of Rexson Systems Limited and Vale-Tech Limited in the United Kingdom, and again earlier this year in January with the purchase of Tecnopails S.n.c in Italy.

SWESA, who hails environmental technology at its core, matches ecological and economic ideas with innovative dosing systems such as the FLEXO and SMARTMaster. These machines, respected in the market for being sturdy and durable, are renowned for not requiring frequent servicing. Additionally SWESA’s unique needleless valves, with their ability of achieving 100 per cent ink circulation, have attracted a significant database of global customers from the food packaging, office furniture, tissues and heavy-duty corrugated packaging industries.
Christophe Rizzo, CEO of the Inkmaker Group, EMEA and AMERICAS said: “Over the past few years Inkmaker has managed to successfully increase its business in Germany. The growth realised necessitated a next step and the acquisition of SWESA is the logical outcome of it. SWESA’s knowledge and technology is a perfect fit for the Inkmaker Group and we will continue the production of SWESA units in Germany. On behalf of the board, we are pleased to welcome SWESA Dosiersysteme GmbH to our growing family of brands.”

Roland Steinberg, Managing Director and owner of SWESA explained: “I am very pleased with the outcome. Inkmaker is a world leader backed by industry-4.0 technology with a worldwide salesforce and service infrastructure. This is a significant moment in a strategic global plan, I am confident that, through Inkmaker’s leadership and by joining the Inkmaker family of brands, SWESA has guaranteed the continuity of its business and is set to strengthen and increase its market position.”
Roland will continue to play an active role in sales, as SWESA takes on a greater role within the Inkmaker group of companies.

SWESA will continue its focus on niche dispensing systems for the food packaging, office furniture, tissues and heavy-duty corrugated packaging industries from its base in Eltville am Rhein, Germany and will continue to support its existing SWESA customers. Additionally, the company will benefit from the support available from the Inkmaker group of companies’ global businesses—including offices in Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Australasia—as well as their combined global network of partners who will offer greater sales and support to their clients.

Northumberland, 30 July, 2020: Rexson Systems, a member of the Inkmaker Group, recently completed a ColorPoint 32 ink-dispenser installation at RENOLIT’s UK base in Northumberland.

The installation—involving Atex-certified; tanks, mixers, level sensors, control valves and return-ink control panel—was secured by Martin Black, Area Sales Manager for Rexson Systems, Inkmaker Group.

“The Rexson ColorPoint 32—our solvent-based ink dispenser for use in the manufacture of printed coverings for furniture cabinets and surfaces—produces 20-200L batch sizes into pails and drums using a 300kg x 1g resolution floor scale. This installation dispenses 24 ingredients, including 4 x ‘bulked’ press-return ink ingredients, seamlessly and automatically. The bulked return inks are collected into the upper tanks, for colour measurement and QC, before being emptied into the lower tanks for automated dispensing as a new-blend ingredient,” explained Martin. “Our dispenser’s ColorPoint Manager office PC was located in the supervisor’s office, functioning as an interface to the customers network, spectrophotometer and colour software.”

RENOLIT, the leading global specialist of high-quality plastic films, sheets and other plastic products, who employs close to five thousand employees in thirty production plants worldwide, looked to Rexson Systems to resolve their global challenges:

“When it became time to replace our aging ink-dispensing system we considered offers from a number of different suppliers. We decided to install the Rexson/Inkmaker system based on its functionality, simplicity of design and compact form. Their system gives us significant benefits over our old installation, offering improved stock management, cost control and reporting.” explained Christopher Meek, Project Engineer at RENOLIT Cramlington Ltd. “The system also integrates with our newly acquired colour-prediction software seamlessly, which allows us to make on-the-fly colour corrections with ease as well as enabling us to utilise considerably more of our return inks. The interface is easy to use, very robust and from a user point of view the dispenser is very accessible making it easy to clean and maintain. During the 12 months the system has been in service it has proven to be extremely reliable with zero unscheduled downtime to date.”

“RENOLIT is a leader in its field, we are honoured that our Rexson ColorPoint 32 rose to the occasion to successfully meet their demands. We look forward to future collaborations,” concluded Christophe Rizzo, CEO EMEA/Americas, Inkmaker Group.

With rarely a dull moment at Inkmaker’s HQ in Turin, a recent HR initiative, led by Enrico Mattiazzi, Global Dir. of Eng. Production & Supply Chain, saw the engineering dream team back in action to resolve new challenges in record time.

“The lockdown was a difficult period and for many it was positive to remeet; now more than ever, it’s vital to have a united team that knows and respects one another well. Team building is often underestimated in SMEs, yet it’s crucial. Inkmaker is transforming; increasingly playing a primary role in the ink and paint industry, so to be ahead of the curve we must constantly test our abilities,” Explained Enrico.
Amongst the many challenges thrown at the teams, of highlight, was to create a new protective-packaging brand. With just 30 mins to engineer sturdy enough packaging to protect an egg from impact, upon launch from the 2nd floor, head cracking eventually resolved the egg-nigma.

“Our #IMHRprogrammes are becoming quite legendary. I’m glad to see our teams are developing their critical-thinking.” commented Valentina Cigna, Dir. of HR at Inkmaker Worldwide.

INKMAKER’S PICCOLO HUGE HIT WITH TECHNOVAA

Inkmaker Worldwide (founder of Inkmaker Group) recently installed a new #Piccolo dispensing system at #Technovaa, Caponago, Italy.

The project, sealed by remo careglio, Area Sales Manager, Inkmaker Group, was completed by Inkmaker’s Technical Engineer, Francesco Licari at Technovaa Italy Macplast Spa—specialising in blown and cast film production with a brand new printing department started last year.

“The Piccolo has always interested us; its self-adjusting dispensing parameters ensure optimal accuracy, its ATEX or IEC-EX versions handle both water-based and solvent-based products and Inkmaker’s industry-leading software that drives it, all make it an unmatched product” remarked fabio galantino, Printing Dept. Manager, Technovaa Italy Macplast.

“We’re pioneers in innovative technological solutions for the packaging industry and our production lines all run on advanced automatic control systems. Essentially Inkmaker’s, “perfection in precision”—that drives their industry 4.0 technology push—swayed us over their competitors,” remarked Vincenzo Palazzolo, Plant Manager, Technovaa Italy Macplast.

“Technovaa is a global leader in its field, we are honoured that our Piccolo was up to their great expectations” said Remo.

INKMAKER GROUP ACTIVATES IMPaCT

Inkmaker Group has begun a new #distancetraining programme together with its global partners. IMPaCT (Inkmaker Group Partner Collaboration Training) is the latest in a series of on-line initiatives by the Group specifically designed to take full advantage of the current, working-from-home, situation and keep its sales team united and aligned whilst broadening all participants knowledge.

“The IMPaCT programme, as the name suggests is a “pact” between Inkmaker Group and its allies, from various specialised sectors such as; IEC, IEC+ and GFC Chimica to share their latest R&D with our sales team. It acts as an open forum for discussion and is the on-line progression of our WEEK50 & TECH20 meetings,” explained Gianluca Incerti, Commercial Director of Inkmaker Group.

“Although Inkmaker’s factories in Europe and Asia are open and operational, some team members around the globe, are still in lockdown. This programme maximises their time and converts it into an initiative that can “IMPaCT” all in a positive way, in real time, and simultaneously. It’s typical of Inkmaker’s ability to turn a challenge into an advantage and for me this is what sets them apart from competitors.” said Arlen Ferrari of GFC Chimica, 1st speaker of the new initiative.

Inkmaker Group Appoints ODAK As New Exclusive Distributor For Turkey

Turin, 16 April, 2020: Inkmaker Group has nominated Odak Kimya as its exclusive agent and distributor for Turkey in conjunction with the upcoming 100th year celebration of Turkey’s National Sovereignty.

Gianluca Incerti, Commercial Director of Inkmaker Group will electronically formalise the exclusivity contract on 23 April 2020 via #socialdistancing with Ms. Ayla Cuhadaroglu, founder and General Manager of Odak Kimya Ltd.

“We are very pleased with the nomination of sole agent for Turkey – it is of great advantage to both parties; the Inkmaker Group is a global technology leader with a strong portfolio of recognised brands that are highly regarded for the precision and quality of their hardware and of course for Inkmaker’s leading software. Additionally, with the Group’s recent acquisitions of Rexson, Vale-tech and Tecnopails and through their loyal industry partners -IEC, IEC+ and GFC Chimica- the Group packs a powerful punch of variety and cross-knowledge – truly a totalprocess engineering provider. With Odak’s market intelligence, resources and network we are well positioned to elevate Inkmaker Group’s standing in the Turkish industrial arena, even in these globally challenging times,” remarked Ms. Cuhadaroglu.

Odak Kimya was founded in 1998 to provide colour management solutions. Initially offering colour-measuring devices -to leading global brands- in the paint, plastic and automotive industries, it soon expanded its product range to include leading brands that could complement each other. Today, Odak ranks amongst Turkey’s premier distributors with a team-strength numbering over 30 across three offices; in the Anatolian and European areas of Istanbul and in Adana city.

“We had originally scheduled to reveal the news with an Inkmaker Group presence during the Paint Istanbul Turkcoat Exhibition but, in view of the Covid-19 cancellations of most shows, those plans were re-strategised. It has now worked out equally well with the announcement marked by Turkey’s sovereignty centenary,” explained Gianluca. The exclusivity grants Odak Kimya total rights to represent the Inkmaker Group and its brands in Turkey in the Paint and Coating, water-based and solvent-based Liquid Ink, Textile and Dyehouse market, inclusive of laboratory equipment.

‘Odak Kimya is one of Turkey’s leading industry distributors – representing many of the world’s top brand – with a significant network and knowledge of the market. The Group has full confidence that this partnership will accelerate growth opportunities for us within the region,” commented Christophe Rizzo, CEO EMEA/Americas, Inkmaker Group.

INKMAKER TORINO REOPENS!

Inkmaker, who could have stayed open due to its involvement with essential industries such as food and pharmaceutical packaging, preferred to close for a short period to evaluate and prepare the measures to be undertaken to guarantee a safe working environment for its team, other than those imposed by the Italian government.

The new measures saw a revision to the layout and workflow, of the Inkmaker plant in Northern Italy, ensuring the health and safety of all the team involved; Inkmaker staff and suppliers alike. The logistics for all the personal protective equipment (PPE) required, had to be calculated and arranged beforehand from Inkmaker’s base in Shanghai, in order to be distributed on time.

Christophe Rizzo, CEO EMEA/Americas, Inkmaker Group said, “I speak for the board when I say, we are extremely proud to see the speed in which the Inkmaker team calmly came together in creating and activating an emergency plan; from different parts of the world, to ensure that when we would reopen, it would be a safe environment to do so. With Inkmaker Shanghai now open too, we are confident it can be ‘business as usual’.”

INKMAKER’S PICCOLO INSTALLATION—A GRANDE SUCCESS!

The renowned #Piccolo solvent-based ink dispensing system, the first of 5 installations, was recently completed by Inkmaker worldwide—founder of Inkmaker Group—at a prominent international printing company.

The ink-management system, which includes the safe and reliable Inkmaker #inkdispensingsystem, features a complete design of the inkroom and LEV according to ATEX certified standards. A new ergonomic-workflow design also efficiently reduces the workforce of handling ink from 6 operators to 1 per working shift.

“The safety and ink #traceability aspects were vital for this installation, yet as all Inkmaker installations follow stringent audit standards of global brand owners like, Nestle, Unilever, Mars and Coca Cola, this was standard procedure for us,” said Roberto Guerra, CEO Asia, Inkmaker Group.

The system, using augmented reality for operator training and preventive maintenance, integrates seamlessly with #SAP for cost, stock and formulation control. It includes a human-errorless proofing unit capable of 100gms to 18kg production in minutes and the Maestro™ online #smartfactory system—renowned for its press-return recycling—which enables the management of 5 plants from a single control room via web app.

Inkmaker Shanghai doubles size of factory to meet demand during Covid-19 emergency

Shanghai, 26 Mar, 2020: Inkmaker goup announces that as of April 7th 2020 Inkmaker Shanghai will begin operating from a new 35,000 sqf facility—double the size of its current factory space—to meet with the demands due to the recent escalation in workload and orders. The new building will allow Inkmaker to increase its manufacturing capacity, as well as to shorten the delivery time for customers.

The expansion, part of IM Group’s investment plan, started with the acquisitions of the businesses of Rexson Systems and Vale-Tech in the UK last October, and more recently those of Tecnopails in Italy.

“We had originally planned for this expansion later in the year but, in view of the increased workload as a consequence of the Covid-19 situation, we have brought our plans forward to meet the demand head on,” said Kar Seng, General Manager of Inkmaker Shanghai and board member of the Inkmaker Group.

The move comes at a much needed moment for the group, which recently adapted to government recommendations in the most-at-risk countries where it is present, with most employees working in remote from home.

“These are challenging times, but we are well placed to take full advantage of our investments: factories—not just representative agents—in different countries are ensuring we can quickly shift workorders and physically continue production to ensure deliveries are met,” said Roberto Guerra, CEO Asia, Inkmaker Group, “moreover we are honoured to be working with such professional colleagues, throughout the Inkmaker Group, who are proving so resilient at adapting.”

Inkmaker Group encourages customers to follow them on their social media accounts: Inkmaker LinkedIN and Inkmaker Facebook and website Inkmaker.com for latest developments. Alternatively contact info@inkmaker.com regarding any queries customers may have.

Inkmaker annouces “Covid-19 Action Measures” for Business Continuity

Inkmaker Group continues to closely monitor the spread of the COVID-19 daily.

In accordance with the latest recommendations and decisions of government leaders and health officials of the countries most at risk—where we are present—we have adapted our modus operandi to contain the virus as follows;

Flint Group and Dynagraph add colour to the Middle East & Africa

Dynagraph, the oldest operating reseller of printing equipment, supplies and services in the Middle East, a pioneer in the industry and a key partner for Flint Group, will soon open a brand new sheetfed spot colour mixing facility in Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai. Distributors of sheetfed and web offset inks for Flint Group for 9 years, Dynagraph has a well-deserved reputation for technical expertise and service excellence. Now customers in the region can expect the same high quality service from the new colour mixing laboratory when it opens later this month.

Antoine El Kara, Managing Director of Dynagraph, is very enthusiastic about this latest strengthening of the partnership with Flint Group. Mr. El Kara comments, “We take great pride in the inauguration, with Flint Group, of the first offset ink mixing shop in the Middle East region. This service answers a growing demand for special colours with short delivery times and has a yearly production capacity of around 150-200 tonnes. The reason for the company‘s longevity and success lies in our proximity to the market, where we maintain an impressive and much envied sales, service and logistic network of subsidiaries and branch offices. This new venture into sheetfed spot colour production only enhances our product range, technical capabilities and market footprint.”

Working alongside Dynagraph on this spot colour mixing project in the Middle East is a key building block of Flint Group’s service strategy, focusing on creating a consistent, high quality and reliable partnership with end user customers globally. This is especially important to packaging printers working with large brand owners who must be able to faithfully reproduce a wide variety of customers’ house colours, regardless of substrate or production deadlines.

“We realised some time ago that the Middle East region was in need of a high quality spot colour mixing service,” says Steven Haig, Flint Group’s Sheetfed Sales Director for the region. “So we began discussions with Dynagraph at the beginning of 2015, and it’s very pleasing to now see this project finally come to fruition. We have every confidence in Antoine and the team’s ability to deliver the highest quality mixes to printers across the Middle East, time after time.”

At the heart of the fully automated system is a Vale-Tech HP35 ink dispenser (pictured above), which accurately measures out each base colour according to pre-determined recipes. A Color-Mix Jet Mixer then perfectly blends those dispensed base colours and Teknimek proofers help the operators to ensure the shade is correct. X-Rite Spectrophotometers accurately measure the original colour shade to help specify the correct ink formula to programme the Vale-Tech computer. As part of the partnership agreement, Flint Group technicians will support Dynagraph through the installation and start-up phase, to provide training, guidance and advice.

In addition to this, Dynagraph will be linked to Flint Group’s Global Colour Centre in Poland, which provides a web-based automated colour matching solution.  The system consists of a dedicated, managed internet production server running X-Rite Ink Formulation software in which colourant files for widely used ink systems and substrates have been installed.  It is designed to reduce costs and, at the same time, improve the efficiency and accuracy of colour matching done at remote locations such as Flint Group authorised distributor partners and end users.

B J Ball Australia in partnership with Huber Group

From the 1st of July 2015 B J Ball became the distributor for Huber Australia’s range of sheetfed inks and consumables. To enable B J Ball to offer their customers a premium service, investment in the latest colour management equipment, which includes ink dispensing and ink mixing equipment was essential.

B J Ball in conjunction with Huber Group chose Vale-Tech as their supplier.

Sam Varughese, the General Manager of B J Ball says: ‘ With our alliance with Huber Group, the recommendation on choice of ink dispenser supplier was easy. Huber Group have many systems from the UK based company, located in their key customers and their track record of specialist ink dispensers for paste ink is proven. The LVCO model dispenser from Vale-Tech is built with a twin dispense head, allowing us the ability to simultaneously dispense large and small batches, within our normal working day.’ The dispenser also enables us to dispense ink mixes with a high level of accuracy and repeatability.

Huber Group Director,  Blair Welch states, ‘that investing in automatic ink dispensing solutions for our trading partners, allows them to release more resources to service and support an ever growing customer base. The task of dispensing and mixing the ink is taken care of by the Vale-Tech equipment.’

Siegwerk and Vale Tech

Bruno Delanoe, Head of Sales EMEA says “For more than four years, Siegwerk have worked closely with Vale-Tech, and recommended to our customers the ultimate dispensing solution. Together we have installed both HP and IDS systems for use with conventional offset inks, UV offset inks and UV flexo (narrow web).

“The unique design and functionality of particularly the HP series, ensures high performance ink dispensers where high viscosity and UV reactive inks are used.

“Today, all of our customers are fully satisfied with their ink dispenser investment, and many of them have ordered additional equipment for other factories after less than one year of use.
Therefore for highly reactive UV offset inks I would recommend taking a serious look at the Vale-Tech technology before any investment decision is taken for a suitable ink dispensing solution.”
